Do credits expire?: No! Your credits never expire. Buy once, use anytime. This is perfect for variable usage patterns and seasonal projects. You're not locked into monthly billing cycles or losing unused credits.
How does the 100 free credits work?: Every new account gets 100 free credits forever - no time limit, no credit card required. Perfect for testing our APIs, building proof-of-concepts, or handling light usage. You can upgrade anytime to get more credits.

What are the rate limits?: Rate limits are soft limits that depend on your tier: 60 requests/minute for the $15 tier, 120 requests/minute for $75 tier, and 240 requests/minute for the $250 tier. These aren't enforced immediately. Need higher limits? Contact us for enterprise options.
Is payment secure?: Yes, we use Stripe for all payments - bank-level security with PCI DSS compliance. We never store your payment details on our servers. You can pay with credit card, and we support most international cards.
