Browser Sessions
1 credit = 1 minute of active session time (rounded up), charged when the session closes. Up to 15 minutes per session and 5 active at a time — close sessions as soon as you're done.

- What counts as one credit?
- One credit equals one successful API request - whether that's a screenshot, PDF generation, content extraction, or metadata retrieval. Failed requests don't consume credits. Browser Sessions are the exception: they're billed by how long the session stays open - see below.
- How are Browser Sessions billed?
- Browser Sessions are billed by duration: 1 credit per minute the session stays open (rounded up), charged when the session closes or expires - not per action. A session can stay open for up to 15 minutes, and you can run up to 5 at once. Since you're billed for the time the browser is live, close sessions as soon as you're finished.
- Do credits expire?
- No! Your credits never expire. Buy once, use anytime. This is perfect for variable usage patterns and seasonal projects. You're not locked into monthly billing cycles or losing unused credits.
- How does the 100 free credits work?
- Every new account gets 100 free credits forever - no time limit, no credit card required. Perfect for testing our APIs, building proof-of-concepts, or handling light usage. You can upgrade anytime to get more credits.
- Can I use multiple APIs with the same credits?
- Absolutely! Your credits work across all 4 APIs: screenshots, PDFs, content extraction, and metadata. This gives you incredible flexibility compared to services that only offer screenshots for the same price.Learn more about our screenshot API →
- What are the rate limits?
- Rate limits are soft limits that depend on your tier: 60 requests/minute for the $15 tier, 120 requests/minute for $75 tier, and 240 requests/minute for the $250 tier. These aren't enforced immediately. Need higher limits? Contact us for enterprise options.
- Is payment secure?
- Yes, we use Stripe for all payments - bank-level security with PCI DSS compliance. We never store your payment details on our servers. You can pay with credit card, and we support most international cards.
- Can I get a refund?
- Within your first 2,500 credits, we offer a full satisfaction guarantee (must be claimed within 60 days of payment). Beyond that, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused credits. Just contact our support team.
- Do you offer discounts for startups or education?
- Yes! We offer special pricing for qualifying startups, educational institutions, and non-profits. Contact us with details about your organization and use case.
